Over the Hump

Whew....being sick is NOT fun at all, but it's even less fun when your child is sick. And what's worse is when WE get sick back to back! Yep, it happened a few weeks ago in the Scott household...infections, fevers, the flu. We got it all, BUT thankfully we are back up and running now! Our Brodie can't stay down too long. I seriously think the park calls his name...out loud :) After being indoors for 9 days (4 for me and 5 for Brodie) we started slowly with walks and a few, small park visits. That alone felt heavenly to us. We really knew Brodie felt better when he asked to help us with yard work! He's definitely our little helper, but trimming the hedges... really???
