Treats + Laughter + Fun times = Birdie is here!

Birdie came to Dallas for a long weekend to play and see Brodie's last soccer games of the season. Brodie told his Birdie no less than 25 times over the course of 4 days how thankful he was that she was here! Brodie is a sweet, loving boy and had Birdie in tears with all of his hugs and kisses (have I ever mentioned that Brodie is a super friendly & affectionate kid? :) The Panthers ended their season with 2 games last weekend and they did awesome! How fun that Birdie was here to see them win both games- what a way to end Brodie's 1st season of soccer! We also went to a fun carnival nearby, hit the pizza joint, and had ice cream (2x!) to celebrate. I didn't get pictures of Birdie's last day here, but the two buds even went bowling- another one of Brodie's favorite activities. What a GREAT weekend....thanks Birdie! We love you!
