Bring on the fun

Last month, Brodie got to spend a few days in Austin with 3 of his cousins (Hancock Crew) and then my sister brought all the kids to Dallas and they stayed with us for a couple of days. Brodie had a great time in Austin, as always, and I LOVED having time with all the kiddos under our roof. Joy had to take a continuing education class at Cooper so I had the kids to myself for 2 days (4 kids was a first for me!). I was amazed at how well they played together, in our small house, without getting on each others nerves. In fact, it took a lot of convincing from me to get them excited about going to the pool. Seems crazy, but it showed me how content they were just being together. I love how they use their imaginations and anything they can get their hands on to build, race, and connect things together. Ahhh, to be a kid again :) Come back soon!
