Skating Revival

Is it just me or did skating lose its popularity for a while? I don't know, but one of Brodie's friends asked him to go roller skating last month and he had so much fun! It was his second time on skates and he still refused to use the new devices they have come up with to assist beginner skaters. He is just determined to learn on his own. He was pretty slow, but he didn't seem to care. I think his goal was to fall less and go faster with each circle around the rink. Success. Whether skating lost its flair for a while or not, we are so glad that it's still around today. We plan to visit the rink again soon.
