Fredericksburg- Part 2

Here are a few more pictures of our short time in Fredericksburg. Besides staying in a great cottage, we ate wonderful food, met up with our friends who live there- the Tabors (Jill is one of my best friends from high school)- and did some super fun shopping down Main Street. Of course, we had to take it VERY slow and stop often to keep Brodie entertained, but we had lots of fun nonetheless. He was a trooper and wanted to spend most of his time outside.....talking with ALL the people walking by and dancing to any and all music he could hear. When did our boy become so social? Who knew! He even asked a gentleman working at the jewlery store what he was doing and wanted to know all about the jewelry business. And he just had to tell most of the ladies working in the shops that we were on a trip and proceeded to show them his new dance moves. Everyone thought he was a hoot!

I thought the last picture would make Daddy so proud : ) If only Kyle had seen Brodie wearing all the pink and yellow ones...shhhh, I told Brodie we wouldn't tell Daddy! So really we spent LOTS of time right outside of one little shop listening to the music that came out of the advertisement on their T.V. set. The same song played over and over, but Brodie loved it and danced to it everytime. The people walking by just stopped and giggled.....muttering something about his energy level. In fact, several times we were blocks away from this particular store and Brodie would take off running on the sidewalk towards this shop with the music. We would run behind him knowing exactly where we were going......to dance to that same song. Crazy, but super fun times!
