Birthday Celebration

Brodie wanted a "sports" party this year so we rented out the gym at our church and invited some of his friends to play. With the big open space, lots and lots of balls, frisbees, hoops, etc. this was the perfect place to let kids be kids. Brodie had a great time with his friends...doing what he loves most during this phase of life- playing sports! Kyle and Loren (roommates/friends in college) set up a small type of obstacle course for the kids and they enjoyed going from one station to the other shooting, throwing, pitching, etc. I think the pinata might have been the biggest hit though....what is it about pinatas? The challenge of hitting it or the prizes at the end? Perhaps both! What a fun day! A BIG THANKS to all of you who were able to come and celebrate Brodie's special day with us. We love you!
