Cousin Brooks Turns 1

My brother and sister-in-law decided to have a triple celebration a couple of weeks ago....Brooks' 1st b-day, their homecoming to Austin, and the 4th of July! It was a great party on Lake Travis! Lots of family and friends showed up, we had an awesome cookout, and we even got to spend some time out on a boat that morning. The afternoon got into the 100's, but we beat the heat with plenty of cold drinks and homemade ice cream! Brooks loved eating cake (a large one at that!) and he got some great gifts from everyone. We're so thankful that we got to be a part of his special day...in Texas!
