Last Sunday afternoon we met up with the Myer's for some fun at the water park. It's been SO sunny and hot here lately, but wouldn't you know that on this particular afternoon it started to storm. No rain mind you only thunder and a bit of lightning- the kind you can't really see b/c it's so far away (makes it really fun to explain to kids who can't wait to swim :) Nontheless, we totally understood that we couldn't swim until it stopped. So, there we were with all 4 kids in their suits ready to swim just staring out the gate at the pool. They were champs though...they horsed around until the pool opened and then we had a fabulous time swimming and playing together. Our wait paid off!!! We even went out for some pizza afterwards! Thanks, Myers, for a super fun afternoon!
