Brodie was dedicated at church on Mother's Day. We had three generations of motherhood to celebrate the occasion/ special day. In the picture above you have (from left) Gigi- my maternal grandmother, Nana- my mom, Kim- my sister and Jill. Brodie and his cousins Kyla and Kayla are pictured as well. Unfortunately, we were not able to capture a picture of everyone that came to support us. Uncle Henry and his family (Kathy, Henry Jr, Whitney, and Zoya) along with our community group joined us for the dedication as well. Birdie and Scoops, we missed you, but we caught most of it on video for you.

Kyla and Kayla did a wonderful job of loving on Brodie as we celebrated the special day at Fuddrucker's
The Parent & Children's Dedication is an act in which the parents give their child back to God, recognizing that the child is the Lord's gift to them. There were 6 children dedicated at the 11:15 service including Brodie Andrew. The pastor prays a personal prayer over each child. Brodie was a little "energetic" in the number 5 slot. When it came time for Brodie to be dedicated, Pastor Tomba first took him by the hand and then decided to hold Brodie himself (the only baby he held as he prayed). Our little bundle did great...his parents were the nervous ones in front of the large crowd. The slideshow below attempts to capture the special moment...

Brodie is such a cutie pie! What a joy and blessing to share such a special day with him and both of you. Kyla and Kayla are availabe for loving on Brodie anytime.
